A videographer.

Before ARC Collective existed, there was a conversation between two people who both believed the same thing — that most businesses are selling themselves short with the content they put out.

Naveed, the principal of Dream Smiles Dental, had just opened a brand new practice. He knew what he was building was exceptional. He'd poured everything into it — the team, the technology, the patient experience. He needed someone who could make the world see it the way he saw it.

So he brought Mitch in. Not as an outside agency. Not on a project basis. As his in-house videographer and creative. From day one. Someone embedded in the brand, not just producing content for it.
